About Tracey Morait

Tracey MoraitI’m a self-published author from Liverpool, England, and I write fiction for children and young adults using my own small press, K&T Mitchell. My husband Keith designs my book covers. In 1990, I graduated from Liverpool Polytechnic with a degree in Librarianship and was daft enough to move to Bristol for work. I only intended to stay for six months, but then I met Keith and that was the end of that! I’ve been stuck there ever since!

I have many other interests, one of which is football (real football, that is!) I’m a passionate Liverpool FC fan. If you follow my Twitter account I’m afraid you’ll just have to get over that! #YNWA 👍

Disappointing that you’ve joined the virtue-signalling anti-Blyton bunch, Tracey.
One presumes you dislike Agatha intensely too.

      My reply:

The number of times I’ve read and enjoyed an Enid Blyton book is nobody[‘s business, least of all yours, love. No denying she was what she was, though. Get over it, She was a racist, but as my mate says – and she’s a Muslim who loves Enid Blyton – it was the sign of the times. These days, we live in a more diverse world. You’ll have to get over that an’ all, yer fuckin’ troll
